Data connection and transmission

It is necessary for big enterprises (parent company, cooperation) which being constituted by lots of units (subsidiary, branch, store, ect.) in various places to have an advanced program to unify its unarranged information generated through data distribution among the enterprises and its units in order to capture the overall situation of production activities. BRAVO Software has solution to treat data on net LAN/WAN to meet a demand of data management, writing report for each member unit and adding up data into the report of the whole enterprises. BRAVO will give reasonable solution for each enterprise.


The enterprise and its member units will set completed BRAVO software up (running program and database) in your server system. Data will be used by the members to exploit instantly. Then, periodically (hour, date, month,…) members will transfer their database to the headquarter to gather information and making general, administrative report… To undertake this solution, Internet (ADSL, Dial-up…) needs to be connected.

Advantage: Client–server system does not require high configuration, or dependent on the data line.

Disadvantage: No immediate data (must after transferred).


The headquarters sets full BRAVO software (running program and database) up while its member units only install running program and data will be connected to server at the head office. When the members imports data, immediately data will be saved on database located at the headquarters. The administrator can see the report of Business Operation at any time. To implement this solution, enterprises must use internet connection (ADSL, leased line or VPN network settings...) in combination with the workflow among the departments using the software. Equipped with management system of information technology.

Advantage: Provide immediate data.

Disadvantage: Require strong server systems, good security system as well as depend on transmission (speed, stability ...).

In order to overcome the disadvantages of online alternatives (in case branches cannot be active when losing connection). This scenario uses synchronization data techniques by programmers of BRAVO. Basically, both headquarters and branches of the enterprise are installed the program and database. When transmission line between the subsidiaries and headquarters are available, data will be stored directly on the "server” installed at headquarters. When the transmission is unavailable, database is stored on their local systems. On the other hands, when connection is available, the system will automatically synchronize data between subsidiaries and headquarter.
