Overview

SOFTWARE OVERVIEW

BRAVO is a product developed to run on multiple platforms (Win, Web, Mobile) with technologies such as .NET, SignalR, Xamarin, Angular… using Microsoft’s SQL database management system. The software runs as a standalone application or using a browser on personal computers, tablets and smartphones. These technologies are developed by Microsoft Corporation.

Having a flexible design with a 3-layer structure, BRAVO software is very convenient to adjust according to management requirements. At the same time, BRAVO software also allows users to easily design their own display interface, data entry forms, print templates and report forms…

Making important decision needs accurate in-time information. When applying Bravo software in Manufacturing and Operations Management, objects of enterprise would be performed on Dashboard and reported on real-time data quickly. Thus, operating company and making decision become easier.

Along with the development of enterprises, changing on requirements management would lead to overloading of the closed design software. At the same time, the diversity and characteristics of the business lines make the problem become more complex if the software is not well organized and flexibly designed.

Thanks to flexible open design, BRAVO 8 software allows to modify, edit, add or remove features in each part of the system and integrate new modules based on demand of each enterprise’s management. BRAVO8 also enables users to design the performance of program easily, form of all input documents and proactively design the form of documents and reports on output data.

Workflow of the business requires various departments and personnel involved. The working process always needs coordination and identical data among employees, departments. However, these issues are so complicated and needed to regulate the order of implementation steps to avoid the duplication and errors. BRAVO allows users to declare/define the sequential working process in accordance with the actual operation of the enterprises.

The order of tasks will be rotated automatically according to process (workflow) designed on the software. Users just have to complete their operations and the data will automatically be linked to the next system processes. Meanwhile software displays a warning for users in the next stage of that process through state of transactions.

BRAVO outstanding features

BRAVO software designed on demand, so that in addition to the basic modules, other modules such as Warranty Management, Logistics Service Management… will be added depending on the management requirements of each unit. These new sub-modules will be designed into a unified system that is linked, inherits data but can also operate relatively independently, each sub-module will include many different functions and operations. The features of the BRAVO Enterprise Management Software solution are designed based on meticulous research of user operations, document circulation processes, and data control methods of businesses in practice.

(1) Cutting edge technology

  • Design software with 3 layers architecture, multi-platform (Win, Web, Mobile), developed with .NET, SignalR, Xamarin, Angular technologies… using Microsoft SQL Server database.
  • Flexible interface according to layout, which can be customized for each user without programming.
  • Allows program access in local area network (LAN) and wide area network (WAN) via Internet/3G/4G/5G connection, connection on Bravo Web Service platform with microservices architecture, support for encryption, digital signature, compression of transmission data, ensuring confidentiality and data safety with high performance.
  • Real-time communication between clients through transferred mechanism by server using SignalR technology: automatically refresh when data changes, push notifications to users, integrated chat function.
  • Operating system for server: Microsoft Windows Server; program on clients supporting multiple platforms: standalone application for Windows 7/8/10/11, Chrome/Edge/Safari/Firefox, iOS/Android applications…

(2) Flexible and friendly interface

  • The interface is customizable according to the layout and can be changed accordingly for individuals or departments.
  • Unicode font with support for multiple languages: Vietnamese, English, Japanese, Korean, Chinese…

(3) Master list management

  • Capability of performing master list in tree map or subgroup, easily analyze the data. Allow drag and drop while transferring data groups.
  • There are multiple fields on the contact list and reserve information fields to manage specific occurrences in the future.
  • Allows to merge codes, change codes in the item list and manage the item status of “Suspended” or “Available”.
  • Search and check the entity (ID, name, properties etc.) by the field objects and simply export or import the data from Excel into software and vice versa.

(4) Multi-currencies accounting

  • Update accounting transactions in multiple currencies (VND, USD, JPY, EUR…). Support various methods of recording exchange rate differences (monthly average, moving average, earmarked.
  • Convert all reports to any currency when users input the exchange rate.

 (5) Query related data and update documents, manage them by status

  • Allow standing at an object (customer, material, contract, document, etc.) to track all related transactions to that object (For example, customers can view orders/contracts, invoices, receipts, receivables,…)
  • Manage document statuses (Pending approval -> Approved, Pending completion -> Completed -> Locked, Cancelled…). Use document statuses to circulate according to the approval process.
  • Automatically assign document numbers, easily search and retrieve contacts during document updates, allow copy, paste, cut operations, or import during document updates.
  • Allow checking conditions during document updates (negative inventory warning, credit limit exceeded warning, unreasonable contact alert…). Track documents for each transaction (create, edit, delete, change status,…).

 (6) Update (Import), edit images, and save image data

  • Directly import image data from Excel into the program. Support basic image editing (rotate, crop, adjust brightness, contrast, tone…) before storage.
  • Attached images and documents can be limited in maximum size to ensure server and network system performance. When browsing data, images and documents can be loaded and displayed in a condensed form (thumbnail) with small sizes and file sizes, only when users click to open details will the original images/documents be fully downloaded.

(7) Improvements for the WEB APP and mobile devices (Bravo 8R3 Web App)

  • Allow browsing documents, displaying sales figures, financial information, personnel information…
  • Allow document entry and Quick Report viewing on the Web App.

 (8) Gantt chart and embedding video feature on the BRAVO 8R3 interface

  • For tasks that require detailed monitoring of items over time, BRAVO 8R3 supports displaying them in Gantt chart format, allowing users to visually assess them more intuitively. Additionally, data manipulation can be done on a timeline basis from the Gantt chart.
  • To meet the needs of businesses when they need to communicate about images, brands, culture, events… to company employees or customers.

 (9) System security

  • Manage program access by user login and password. Allow permission allocation based on user groups, processing functions (add, edit, delete, approve, print…) and details down to each field of the document.
  • Allow recording of all user activity logs, especially recording both old and new values when data is modified.
  • Control remote access permissions through the MAC address of the accessing computer.

 (10) Management software

  • Allow management of data from multiple subsidiaries (subsidiaries, branches…) in a centralized or decentralized model.
  • Manage data and transfer data across multiple departments according to business processes and specific management.
  • Update data remotely via the Internet network. Access data through personal devices such as laptops, phones, tablets… with real-time data.

 (11) Software report

  • The management reporting system is pre-designed in the standard version for users to utilize.
  • Report and compare data across multiple periods, same period in different years, and display data in various formats such as tables, graphs, and charts.
  • Generate quick reports by selecting the columns to print and adjusting to meet the requirements. Flexible data analysis and reporting tool with filtering conditions based on all input data parameters.
  • The Drill-down technique allows users to navigate from summary reports back to the original documents (Summary -> Detailed ledger -> Source documents).
  • Export reports in various formats such as Excel, Pdf, Txt, Csv, Xml… Especially exporting to Excel preserves formulas.

 (12) The ability to link/connect with other systems

  • Direct connection to the HTKK software of the General Department of Taxation. Integration with Electronic Invoice software systems, as well as data connection with other software systems through intermediary data files such as Excel, CSV, XML…
  • Moreover, BRAVO software is designed for easy direct connection with other software (database to database).
  • Integration with other peripherals: Retrieving data from external devices: camera systems supporting license plate recognition, direct data retrieval from timekeeping machines, inventory checking machines, electronic scales software… (depending on the manufacturer and model of the device).
